Refund Policy

1. Support services

If we are unable to resolve a support issue you paid for, contact us within 7 days and we will either continue working on it at no extra charge or issue a refund for that service.

2. Monthly plans

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial months are not refunded.

3. Website projects

Deposits cover planning and design time and are non-refundable once work has started. Milestone payments are refundable only for milestones not yet begun.

4. How to request a refund

Email contact@protechsupport.us with your name, invoice number and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method.
